MCI SHR Series
Super Heat Resistant · Grades 1, 2 & 3
Best for hot sinter, iron ore pellets, calcined dolomite, and hot coke handling. Grade 1 & 2 handle continuous loads up to 150°C–180°C; Grade 3 (UHR/EPDM) withstands continuous temperatures up to 200°C with peak exposure up to 220°C.
MCI M-24 / DIN X
Extra Heavy-Duty Cut & Gouge Resistant
Best for heavy iron ore, raw flux materials, granite, and sharp metallic scrap. Exceptional resistance to severe cutting and impact tearing.
MCI N-17 / DIN Y & DIN W / SAR
Super Abrasion Resistant
Best for coal fines, coke breeze, fine ore concentrates, and high-velocity long-distance transfer lines where surface wear is the primary factor.
